Aki Marceau oversees the strategy and deployment of Hawaiian Electric’s electrification of transportation solutions across the Company’s five-island service territory. Prior to joining Hawaiian Electric, Aki helped drive decarbonization through innovation, policy and planning at Elemental Excelerator, the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation and WSP.
Aki serves on the executive board of Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE) and was formerly a commissioner on the City and County of Honolulu Planning Commission. She’s been recognized as a Public Utilities Fortnightly Magazine Under Forty Rising Star, an Omidyar Fellow, Pacific Business News Women Who Mean Business, and Hawaii Business Magazine 20 for the Next 20. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
